Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.​

Return Conditions

You may return your item within 14 days from the day after delivery, provided that it is:

 

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In its original condition with all tags attached

  • Returned in its original or equivalent protective packaging

 

Please note that items which do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded or exchanged.​

 

How to Request a Return

  1. Email sales@thecloth.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide shipping instructions.

We do not include return labels in parcels to minimise waste. All returns must be shipped using a trackable service.

International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the European Union, you are responsible for completing any required customs documentation. Please clearly label the package as a “Return” to avoid delays or customs charges. We cannot accept returns refused by Customs due to missing paperwork.​

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Due to the limited-edition nature of our collections, we may not be able to offer direct exchanges. If your desired item is unavailable, we can offer a store credit or refund.

 

Shipping

We currently ship all orders using DHL Express from Europe. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

 

Shipping Times

  • Europe: 1–3 business days

  • Rest of World: 3–7 business days

 

Please note that shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing times.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

 

Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions—join our mailing list or follow us on social media to stay informed.

 

Customs & Duties

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
